Location, location, location! Just mere steps from the slopes at RED Resort, enjoy your new home away from home with this affordable 2 bedroom condo 'downtown' Red Resort. It is perfect for a group of 4 or 5 and offers you a comfortable open concept living and dining area for visiting and entertaining. You can walk out the patio doors for an evening stroll or a short walk to the lifts or ski in on the whoopty-do trail!
The home has been fluffed up a bit with new bedding and kitchen amenities. The living room offers a fireplace and TV and private secure and reliable internet is included! You will find a BBQ on the deck for apres ski appies or summer time feasts.

Description The kitchen, living room, powder room is all on the main floor, with access to a large patio to the great outdoors with fresh mountain air. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and a bathroom with heated tile floors, large Jacuzzi tub and shower, laundry, soaps and shampoos. Linens and bedding is provided. You have a bonus pull out sofa in the second bedroom to sleep the kids. This home is great for entertaining with the open concept living and dining area.
The lobby in Red Robs has a shuffleboard as well as a dart board and ski lockers (ski to within 60ft of your locker!). Flat, easy walk to Red Mountain Resort’s day lodge about 100m (4 minutes or so (in a snow storm). Enjoy the shuttle to downtown Rossland operating daily in the winter months. Or eat in at Fresh Restaurant, located within the same building. Even your car will be happy with heated underground parking!
Minimum Stay Policy
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!

Important Booking Information
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CDN as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
For Longer Term Bookings of 30 days or More ...
This will be require an Occupancy Agreement to be signed by Guests and an addition Property Condition Guarantee will be required to be paid, at the time of booking, by e-transfer or credit card (60% of monthly rental rate). Additional pet deposit required for pet friendly properties (approval required).
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Mountain Town Properties is fully insured and licensed with an Inter-Municipal Business License # 18719 and a BC Consumer Protection License # 64451.

Now more than ever, Mountain Town Properties takes cleaning seriously. It’s always been important to us, but now it is critical, as we all aim to reduce the spread of COVID-19. According to the CDC, it’s possible for someone to contract COVID-19 by touching a contaminated surface – like a doorknob or light switch — and the virus may live on some surfaces for several hours or even days. That’s why it’s essential to clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces often, especially between reservations. We have asked our cleaning contractor to implement stringent cleaning protocols to meet or exceed CDC, AirBnB, HomeAway/VRBO recommendations, as well as our Federal/Provincial Public Health guidelines.
