Carolyn's Corner has been a landmark property at Red for years with a full-sun location and the ultimate view of Red Mountain.

Description Perfect for a larger group, this four bedroom townhouse sleeps a maximum of 10 -11 persons; the master bedroom has a King sized bed and Queen futon with an ensuite bathroom with shower and soaker tub, the second bedroom has a Queen size bed, the third bedroom has a Double over Double bunks and Single over Single Bunks, bedroom four has a Queen Bed and Single over ;Single bunks and a Futon. Four bathrooms means no waiting!
Once inside this landmark townhouse, you will notice some nice updates. What is a mountain property experience without a cozy gas fireplace, and all amenities to cook a feast and sleep well for a big next day.
The kitchen area features a gas stove, ample cupboard space, dishwasher and is adjacent to the dining area, deck with barbecue. The living area features a comfortable couch and two easy chairs and a cozy gas fireplace.
But truly, the best features of this home is the fantastic view of Red Mountain, full sun and a very easy walk to all amenities; right central to it all. While you need to walk to the lifts, you can "adventure ski" back to your home away from home. Enjoy the same awesome view from the hot tub!
Other features of this property include laundry and a single garage with lots of storage, spacious layout for family and friends.
Minimum Stay Policy
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 day minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings a property calendar, please contact us!
Bed Configuration:
Bedroom #1: King Bed and Double Futon Bedroom #2: 2 Queen beds Bedroom #3: 1 bunk bed with double on top bottom, double futon Bedroom #4: 2 sets of bunks that are doubles on bottom singles on top.
Important Booking Information
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CDN as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
For Longer Term Bookings of 30 days or More ...
This will be require an Occupancy Agreement to be signed by Guests and an addition Property Condition Guarantee will be required to be paid, at the time of booking, by e-transfer or credit card (60% of monthly rental rate). Additional pet deposit required for pet friendly properties (approval required).
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Mountain Town Properties is fully insured and licensed with an Inter-Municipal Business License # 18719 and a BC Consumer Protection License # 64451.

Now more than ever, Mountain Town Properties takes cleaning seriously. It’s always been important to us, but now it is critical, as we all aim to reduce the spread of COVID-19. According to the CDC, it’s possible for someone to contract COVID-19 by touching a contaminated surface – like a doorknob or light switch — and the virus may live on some surfaces for several hours or even days. That’s why it’s essential to clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces often, especially between reservations. We have asked our cleaning contractor to implement stringent cleaning protocols to meet or exceed CDC, AirBnB, HomeAway/VRBO recommendations, as well as our Federal/Provincial Public Health guidelines.
